Problem Note 34432: Workspace server TCP ports can be held open in a .NET client
Applications that launch IOM servers in separate threads might see TCP ports that remain open during program execution. The ports
have been observed to remain open (in CLOSE_WAIT state) even after the associated IOM server is closed. All ports close when the application terminates, but this
can become an issue in longer life cycle applications that launch a large amount of IOM servers.
