Problem Note 34419: An error occurs and all other fields in the dialog box are blanked out when editing the treatment field manually in a Communication node
The Packages tab in a SAS® Customer Intelligence Communication node allows you to change the contents of the Treatments field.
However, if it is edited manually rather than using the Treatments dialog box, the following error occurs and the treatments field is cleared:
The value xxx contains invalid characters
A workaround is to change the value using the Treatments dialog via the drop-down elipse from in Treatments field.
