Problem Note 34380: Unable to filter a constrained financial impact for a loss event

In SAS® OpRisk Monitor, loss event constraining for financial impacts by location (ORA) might not work after installing hot fix 4, hot fix 5, or hot fix 6.
You know that you have this problem when you review a loss event, and have the loss event targeted to a specific location (ORA), but still see financial impacts that are not part of that location (filtered by that location).
