Usage Note 34300: Guidelines for providing screen shots to SAS Technical Support
When you submit a screen shot to SAS Technical Support, ensure that you adhere to the following guidelines:
- Include the entire window, including Title bar and all borders.
- If the screen shot displays a Web browser, include the entire Address bar and Status bar.
- If the screen shot displays a dialog box, include as much as possible of the window that created the dialog box (usually the window behind the dialog box).
- You can send .jpg, .gif, or .png files as attachments. There is no need to imbed such images into an MS Word document unless you need to provide annotations and explanatory text.
