Installation Note 34182: The load_core macro fails when trying to invoke the data quality server routine when the data quality server is not licensed
If the Data Quality server is not licensed, then the following error message will be displayed when invoking the LOAD_CORE macro:

the function DQMATCH is unknown, or cannot be accessed...
----------------------------------------------------------
The message displays because there was a problem within the party_stage_extract.sas program that invokes the BUILD_PARTY_MATCH_CODES macro. The macro was still being invoked when BUILD_PARTY_MATCH_CODES was set to "N".

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
If the Data Quality server is not licensed, the LOAD_CORE macro will fail when it attempts to run the Data Quality component DQMATCH.
