Problem Note 33873: FIRST ROW OF Z MATRIX IN OUTDESIGN= DATA SET POSSIBLY WRONG WITH NESTED G-SIDE SUBJECTS IN PROC GLIMMIX
The first row of the Z matrix may be output incorrectly in the OUTDESIGN= data set when you have the following:
- more than one G-side SUBJECT= effect and the effects are nested
- Z matrix requested on the OUTDESIGN= option
- no OUTPUT statement in the PROC GLIMMIX code
There is no circumvention for this problem. The analysis of PROC GLIMMIX is otherwise correct.
If you have an OUTPUT statement, non-nested subjects, only a single subject, or nested G- and R-side subjects, then the problem does not occur.
