Problem Note 33739: Aggregation method responds inconsistently depending on the interval chosen

Setting the aggregation/accumulation method during hierarchy configuration does not responding consistently depending on the interval selected.
The end date value for an interval was inconsistently being adjusted to refelct the true end of that interval. At times, the end date value for the interval was set to the beginning of the interval. This inconsistency resulted in the accumulation across time intervals to be incorrect and for a 0 or missing value to be assigned to some time periods.
There is no circumvention for this problem.
