Problem Note 33738: After %FSRUNPRJ is run, project batch code can fail and result in a read-access violation message

The methods createProject(), runProject() and loadProject(), used with the macros %fsrunprj, %fscreate, and %fsload, unconditionally set the macro variable &HPF_READ_ONLY and results in failure of batch code and an access denied message in the SAS log.

There is no circumvention for this problem.
