Problem Note 33519: "You do not have sufficient access privileges" error when saving changes to a diagram

If you are using SAS® Strategic Performance Management, you might encounter the following error message when you attempt to save changes to a diagram:
Error: You do not have sufficient access privileges
If you have the proper permissions to the associated scorecard, select OK. After you select OK for each error message you receive, the changes will be successfully saved to the diagram you are attempting to edit.
This is a known issue, and has been resolved in the hot fix (refer to the Hot Fix tab, above). If you encounter this issue using SAS Strategic Performance Management release 2.4, please apply hot fix 24SP03. If you encounter this issue with SAS Strategic Performance Management release 2.4.1, please apply hot fix 241SP01. Please verify which version you are using by following the steps below:
- Open Project Manager.
- Select Help.
- Select 'About SAS Solutions'.
