When viewing a list of questionnaires in SAS® OpRisk Monitor, each questionnaire has an icon you can select, and one of the options is to export the questionnaire data into Microsoft Excel. If a questionnaire has a column with many thousands of characters in it (in this case 14,000+), you might see an error dialog from Excel when opening the Excel spreadsheet:
Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less data or close other applications.
You might also see the following message:
Microsoft Office Excel File Repair Log Errors were detected in file 'C:\Documents and Settings\fmn3323\ Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5 \CJ3JES5T\as1221042647556[1].xls' The following is a list of repairs: Damage to the file was so extensive that repairs were not possible. Excel attempted to recover your formulas and values, but some data may have been lost or corrupted.
