Usage Note 33480: Missing CATNAME SOURCE.MNYUTIL (SASHELP.MNYUTIL) in START_SHARE.SAS program

The start_share.sas program needs to be modified for the updated Scenario Administrator. The following statement:
catname source.mnyutil(sashelp.mnyutil);
should go immediately after the existing line:
catname source.scenariopromotion (sashelp.scenariopromotion);
