Problem Note 33461: The METAOPERATE procedure does not set the value of the SYSERR automatic macro variable when an error occurs

PROC METAOPERATE does not correctly set the &SYSERR automatic macro variable when an error occurs. The value of &SYSERR is always zero (0) even when the procedure returns errors.
