In SAS^® OpRisk Monitor, the validators on the last two stages in the workflow information list might incorrectly change after a fully completed validation. This can happen on a multi–stage work flow having more than two stages.

For example, if "Smith" is the validator for stage 3, and "Jones" is the validator for stage 4, the workflow information list after a fully completed validation will show "Jones" as the validator for stage 3, and "Smith" as the validator for stage 4.
