Problem Note 33411: A misleading error message occurs when you use an expired Teradata password
When you use an expired Teradata password with the SQL Pass-Through facility, a misleading error message (similar to the following message) might be generated:
ERROR: Default database could not be determined.
Reissue your statement with the DATABASE= option.
To solve the problem, use a valid Teradata password.

fixed.
Using an expired Teradata password causes a misleading error message. The error message is "ERROR: Default database could not be determined. Reissue your statement with the DATABASE= option."
