Problem Note 33397: The default "Unsubscribe" and "If you are having trouble viewing" links are not added automatically when creating a broadcast

The SAS® Digital Marketing IncludeOptOutLink=true advanced server property does not always automatically populate the e-mail with the If you are having trouble viewing this e-mail with images and Click here to unsubscribe from future mailings links when you are creating broadcasts.
When you point the broadcast to an HTML file, then the links are added. If you do not add the HTML (you might wish to add it later), then the automatic links are not added.
To work around this, always ensure that you have pointed the new broadcast to an HTML link. You can, of course, add the other links manually.
