When SAS Marketing Automation executes a communication that instantiates a SAS® Digital Marketing broadcast, it creates contact history for the subjects being contacted. It also, however, incorrectly updates the response table for the communication.
SAS Marketing Automation automatically utilizes the SAS Digital Marketing "ebtool" command line interface to create the contact history. This call implicitly updates the response table when the ResponseTableBase advanced server property is set.
There are two workarounds for this problem:
