Problem Note 33169: Link tips are not displayed unless the "Show all links" option is checked

When viewing the output from the DS2CONST macro, the line tips will not show up unless the "Show All Links" option is selected. If the "Show All Links" option has been deselected, when a node is selected, the line links are displayed, but the line tips are missing.
There is currently no circumvention for this problem.
