Problem Note 33834: The Enhanced Editor Keys Alt+[ and Alt+] are not working in SAS® 9.1.3
Then Enhanced Editor keys, Alt+[ and Alt+], used to move to the nearest "DO" and to toggle between the "DO" and "END" pair are not working.
You can find these keys by clicking:
Tools ► Options ► Enhanced Editor Keys
or
In the Command Box type: keys
This occurs when the DO/END block is within a macro. For example, the code below is a simple DO/END followed by a macro wrapping a DO/END.
data changes;
set mylib.attractions;
array changelist{3} Museums Galleries Other;
do Count = 1 to 3;
if changelist{Count} = . then changelist{Count} = 0;
end;
run;
%macro VBInt(value=,retval=);
%definevariable(variablename=LION_VBInt,length=5,default=);
LION_VBInt = Int(&value);
if &value < 0 then
do;
if LION_VBInt ne &value then
LION_VBInt = Int(&value - 1);
end;
&retval = LION_VBInt;
%mend VBInt;
There is currently no fix for this issue.
