Problem Note 33796: Warning messages might appear if you connect to an IP address when you use Internet Information Services (IIS)
When you use IIS in front of IBM WebSphere and you connect to the IP address instead of the host name, the following warning messages might appear:

To avoid these warning messages, specify the following parameter in the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) arguments within WebSphere:
-Dsas.auto.publish.host=IP-address-of-IIS;
