Problem Note 33771: An error occurs when logging in to a SAS® Web application if the user does not have a SAS metadata identity
The following error might occur if a user logs in to a SAS Web application that is configured for Web authentication:
This error occurs because the user does not have a SAS metadata identity, even though the user might have passed the initial authentication challenge. The user must have an account that is associated with a SAS metadata identity in the User Manager in SAS® Management Console. The account must have a domain value of web.
Ordinarily, you set the domain value when you create an account in User Manager. Refer to the "Add Users" section of SAS® 9.2 Management Console Guide to Users and Permissions.
