Usage Note 33712: Locating SAS® OnlineDoc® 9.2 on the SAS Customer Support Web site (support.sas.com)
SAS OnlineDoc® 9.2 is available as an installation from the SAS Software Depot.
It is no longer available on the SAS Customer Support
site.
However, SAS OnlineDoc® 9.1.3 is still available on the SAS Customer Support site.
To find SAS 9.2 information on the support site, you should use the new and improved Knowledge Base.
To see if you already have SAS OnlineDoc® 9.2 installed,
select Programs ► SAS ► Documentation and verify
that SAS OnlineDoc® 9.2 is in the list of available documentation.
If SAS OnlineDoc® 9.2 is not installed and you have access to a SAS Software Depot, then perform the following steps to install the documentation:
- Run setup.exe from the SAS Software Depot location, usually c:\SAS Software Depot to start the SAS® Deployment Wizard.
- Select the appropriate language.
- Keep the default setting Install SAS Software.
Click Next.
- Change the default on the next page to the second option, Install Additional Software.
Click Next.
- On the Select Products to Install page, select SAS OnlineDoc for Windows, not the line immediately above it, (SAS OnlineDoc for Web).
Click Next.
- Select your SAS installation data file. Click Next.
- The Deployment Summary should list only SAS OnlineDoc for Windows. Click Start.
- Click Finish.
Now you should be able to select Start ► Programs ► SAS ► Documentation ► SAS OnlineDoc and start SAS OnlineDoc® 9.2.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
SAS OnlineDoc 9.1.3 is still available on the SAS Customer Support Web site, but the SAS 9.2 equivalent is available only as an installation from the SAS 9.2 Software Depot.
