Installation Note 33606: Spaces in the SAS Software Depot path might interfere with the installation of SAS® software
You might be unable to launch the the SAS® Deployment Wizard from a
SAS Software Depot if the path has two or more consecutive spaces.
For example:
C:\SAS Software Depot
The SAS Deployment Wizard also fails to launch if you shared a folder with other users on your network and the Share name has spaces in it.
For example:
Share name: Test Drive
This can happen on both Windows and UNIX platforms.
If you start the install for a DOS/Command Prompt, you might see the following error:
"Access is denied"
If this happens, surround the path with double quotes in order for the installation to continue; or rename the path to remove any extra spaces.
To work around these issues, do not use consecutive spaces in the SAS Software Depot path and use a Share name without spaces.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
Extra spaces in the SAS® Software Navigator path can prevent the installation from starting. The installation might start and then disappear.
