Problem Note 33292: Target Completion Date must be on or after Action Plan Target Completion Date error incorrectly references deleted Action Plan
In SAS® OpRisk Monitor, a Target Completion Date in the Issues window should be a date that is on or after its associated Target Completion Date in the Action Plans window. If an Action Plan is deleted and you subsequently modify the Target Completion Date of the associated issue so that it is now earlier than the Target Completion Date of the deleted Action Plan, the issue might still show the Target Completion Date of the deleted Action Plan, and will produce an error:
Target Completion Date must be on or after Action Plan Target Completion
Date (mm/dd/yyyy).
Example:
Suppose a Target Completion Date in the Issues window is 01JUL08, and the Target Completion Date in the Action Plans window is 30JUN08, and that you have finished the Action Plan and closed out the issue. Someone then deletes the Action Plan (this might be for some business reason), and you try to move the Target Completion Date in the Action Plans window up to 01JUN08. You are unable to make the change, and the error occurs.
