Problem Note 32784: Unable to refresh on "File Open" when file is opened from the local computer using SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office
Using the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office, when you open an Excel file from the local computer and select Refresh File On Open, any changes that are made to the file are not automatically refreshed when the newly saved file is opened. For example, open a table and make some changes to the data and then save this as a new spreadsheet. Close the spreadsheet. When you reopen the spreadsheet, the data is not automatically refreshed. You must manually refresh the data.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
