Problem Note 32732: Links in user defined fields are missing from Common Data Model

When you change a LINK data-type field in the user-defined fields of a campaign or a communication, the change fails to trigger the Publish process. The new values are not shown in the appropriate tables in the Common Data Model (CDM).
