Making changes in SAS® Campaign Studio to calculated items within a multi-select node can cause the node to fail when updating counts.
The failure might manifest itself as the counts simply not updating or, more seriously, when you save and try to reopen the diagram, it might not respond.
Rather than changing to calculated field definition, a workaround is to delete it and create a new definition.Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
