Problem Note 32676: Adding a negative split in the Interactive Grouping node returns an error

If you select the Interactive Grouping property in the SAS Enterprise® Miner™ Interactive Grouping node, and choose to add or split a bin using a negative split value, a java exception will occur and the table will become blank. The SAS log will have this error:

A character operand was found in the %EVAL function or %IF condition 
where a numeric operand is required. 
The condition was: &ub ne .
ERROR: The macro ADD_BIN_DEFINITIONS will stop executing.
