Problem Note 32555: SAS® Digital Marketing Response Codes are not available in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio when using Response Channel Codes

SAS Customer Intelligence enables you to set up response codes that can be mapped to the SAS Digital Marketing response code for reporting purposes. These are not being associated correctly causing the SAS Digital Marketing responses not to be counted.

Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.

In order to recover lost association once the hot fix has been applied, you need to follow the instructions in the attached document before installing and executing the attached script.
