Usage Note 32468: SAS® Campaign Studio diagram nodes are marked incorrectly as Ready when underlying processes fail
In SAS Campaign Studio, when the processes associated with a node diagram fail for any reason, the application marks the node as Ready instead of returning a count. This action is misleading because the node is, in fact, in a failed state and it needs to be investigated.
A node is only in a usable state if it has a status of Ready to update counts or if an actual count is returned.
The first place you should look to find the reason for this status is the macore.log files. If you require assistance in diagnosing the possible causes, contact your system administrator or SAS Technical Support.
Currently, there is no workaround for this problem.
