If an underlying information map in SAS Campaign Studio has been changed, you cannot delete items in an item list that are already selected in a Select node.
For example, suppose you perform the following steps:
Although you can add and delete new items to the selection list, you cannot delete any items that were selected before the change to the information map.
Currently, as a workaround, you can re-create the Select node.
