Problem Note 32460: An error occurs if you use SAS® Marketing Automation Integration Utilities to import a campaign or diagram

If you use the SAS Marketing Automation Integration Utilities to import a campaign or a diagram that contains a Split node that spilts on the values from another data item, the following error is generated:

Failed to find input node

This error occurs when the metadata for the receiving business context does not match that of the source business context for that field.

For example, suppose you have a source business context that the following metadata values in the Gender field:

  • Male
  • Female
  • Unknown

Your destination business context has these values:

  • Male
  • Female

Currently, there is no workaround for this problem.
