Problem Note 32458: An error occurs in SAS® Marketing Automation if the name of a field that is being exported is exactly 32 characters long
When you export from a SAS Marketing Automation campaign or diagram, the export process will fail if the name of the field that is being exported is exactly 32 characters long. You will receive the following error message:
"ERROR: The following columns were not found in the contributing tables: FIELD_NAME"
In the message, you will see that the field name in the error is missing the last character.
To work around this problem, make sure that any field names underlying the information map are not exactly 32 characters long.
