If an HMDA custom edit and a CRA custom edit have the same identifier, the build edit engine will overwrite the %include reference for the HMDA path with the CRA path and the HMDA custom edit will not run. To avoid this problem, ensure that both HMDA and CRA custom edits have unique identifiers.

This issue was found in 8.1 and is fixed in 4.1.
