Problem Note 32256: Adding multi-year logic for federal edits in SASĀ® Fair Banking
The federal edits that are shipped with SAS Fair Banking 8.1 do not include conditional logic for the activity year. If the activity year is a year prior to 2008 and the federal edit is different for that actvity year, the federal edit will incorrectly use 2008 logic.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
All federal edits that have different logic for previous years need to be modified to include conditional logic by activity year.
