Problem Note 32204: SAS® Digital Marketing does not add entries to the Replies table, even though there are messages in the e-mail inbox
If you have accumulated a large number of e-mail messages in the Reply inbox, SAS Digital Marketing might run
out of memory when trying to process them.
E-mail messages can accumulate if your server was down for an extended period of time.
If SAS Digital Marketing runs out of memory, it can result in a Reply table with no entries.
To find out why SAS Digital Marketing is not adding replies to the Replies table,
check the wrapper.log for an Out of Memory error.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
The hot fix contains a new server property called sem.reply.msglimit.
The property enables the SAS Digital Marketing Administrator to set a limit on the number of messages
to be processed each time the Reply Manager thread runs.
