An error may occur in SAS® Financial Management Studio when loading data to a cycle if the <Finance.LoadCycleBaseFact> stored process is not configured correctly.  If so, when you select "Load data records for this cycle" in SAS Financial Management Studio, you may receive the error:

     Unknown error occurred

The <client.log> (typically found in :\Program Files\SAS\SASFinancialManagement\Studio\4.4) will include the following errors shown in the partial log below:

To correct this problem, perform follow the steps:

1.    Log into SAS Management Console

2.     Select the Finance repository

3.    Expand BI Manager

4.    Select Application SAS Code under BI Manager

5.     In the right-hand panel, right-click on the Finance.LoadCycleBaseFact stored process and select Properties

6.    Select the Execution tab

7.    Set the value for Output to Permanent Package

8.    Select Details

9.    In the Permanent Package Details window, set the package details as:

            select:  Publish to WebDAV server

            Server:                HTTP DAV Server

            Base path:            /sasdav

            Collection path:    Solutions/Finance/Reports

            select:   Create new instance

10.    Select OK to close the Permanent Package Details window

11.    Select OK to close the Properties window.
