When running in Microsoft Office 2007, the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office returns an error when attempting to access ActiveX content in a PowerPoint presentation that was created in an earlier version of PowerPoint. This occurs because PowerPoint 2007 disables ActiveX content that was created with earlier versions.

To make this content accessible, close the PowerPoint presentation and then open the PowerPoint Options dialog box. On the Trust Center page, click Trust Center Settings. From there, you can modify your Macro Settings and ActiveX Settings in order to control how PowerPoint handles ActiveX controls, and whether it is running in Safe Mode.
