Usage Note 32739: Garbage characters might display when exporting a dataset to Excel
The following SAS® code might cause garbage characters to display in the title in Microsoft Excel.

As a workaround, you can change the code by specifying the character set via the _ODSOPTIONS reserved macro variable.

The CHARSET option causes the tag below to be inserted at the top of the HTML file.
