Problem Note 32733: User defined fields are missing from Common Data Model when copying a campaign
SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio allows you to select Save As to create a copy of a campaign. However, when you schedule the copy, the user defined fields will not get published to the Common Data Model (CDM).
The first occurrence of a communication execution fails to send the user defined values to the appropriate tables in the Common Data Model. Only modified user defined fields are sent for publishing.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
