Problem Note 32710: SAS® Campaign Web Studio user-defined field list selections are not reflected when reviewing the campaign or communication in SAS Campaign Studio
When maintaining campaigns or communications using SAS Campaign Web Studio you may choose values from pre-defined lists presented in user-defined fields.
When reviewing the selection is SAS Campaign Studio for the user defined field, however, the first value in the list is always presented instead of the value actually selected.
For example, if a user-defined field is created for the Campaign Brief in the SAS® Management Console Marketing Automation Campaign Definitions plug-in as a list field with the values:
First
Second
Third
Fourth
Regardless of which value is chosen when maintaining the campaign in SAS Campaign Web Studio, only the value First will be reflected when the campaign is opened in SAS Campaign Studio.
Changes made in SAS Campaign Studio are, however, reflected correctly in SAS Campaign Web Studio.
There is no workaround for this other than selecting the correct value within SAS Campaign Studio.
