Problem Note 32602: Corrections in Hot Fix 64ABM04 for localization-related errors in SAS® Activity-Based Management
This is a list of the issues addressed in hot fix 64ABM04 related to SAS® Activity-Based Managementinstallation in non-English environments.
- Japanese labels are inconsistent between the menu and the toolbar
- The Export Model Data wizard contains unnecessary blanks between words in Traditional Chinese
- Error handling is affected by certain localizations
- The Copy Model summary contains some English strings in non-English localizations
- SAS OLAP Analyzer Help displays as unreadable character strings in the SAS Activity-Based Management Help tab when using dual byte localizations
- The error strings 'Attribute not found in model database' and 'Failed to create cube(s)' are not translated in non-English localizations
- Double-byte characters are shown as question marks in the cost flow viewer on the Contributions page of the SAS Activity-Based Management client
- The 'Cube configurations' and 'Publish behaviors' folder names remain in English after database localization
- In the New cube configuration wizard, 'Finish' and 'Help' display in English regardless of localization
- Cube generation fails when using the SAS OLAP Server if dimension names or level name contain double-byte characters
- Cube generation fails with no error message when using the SAS OLAP server with non-English localization
- Cube generation fails with 'Error processing database column invalid' under non-English localizations
- Some text strings in the Cube Configuration wizard display in English regardless of localization
- The model calculate operation fails with 'Unexpected error: invalid unicode character' under non-English localizations
- Text strings in the Contributions page are displayed in English regardless of localization
- Dimension names on the Contributions page are displayed in English regardless of localization
- Period and Scenario names that contain double-byte characters are not displayed correctly in the calculation summary
- The model calculate operation fails with 'Unexpected error' in some non-English localizations
- If the model has not been calculated, the text string "Model is not calculated" is displayed in English on the Contributions page
- Queries in the Contributions viewer fail with an exception error in some non-English localizations
- The Contributions viewer fails on models containing diacritic or double-byte characters in Name or Reference values
- Applying a language pack when installing 64ABM02 may cause subsequent generate cube operations to fail with the localized equivalent of “ERROR: Invalid physical name.”
- The Count Rows function sometimes produces a value different from the number of rows in the multistage contributions fact table for the same cube configuration.
- The model validation report lists accounts with cost less than zero as having zero cost.
