Problem Note 32290: Report categories that contain DBCS characters are not exported correctly in Microsoft Excel format
When report categories that contain DBCS characters are exported to Microsoft Excel, the exported categories do not contain the correct characters. The Report Categories table in the SAS® Warranty Analysis Client includes an Export Table to Spreadsheet... option in the Context menu. If the Report Categories are exported in "XLS - Microsoft Excel Format", any DBCS characters in the Report Categrory will not be exported correctly.
As a workaround, export Report Categories table in CSV format.
A fix is planned for a future software release.
