Problem Note 32256: Adding multi-year logic for federal edits in SAS® Fair Banking
The federal edits shipped with SAS Fair Banking 8.1 do not include conditional logic for activity year. If the activity year is a year prior to 2008 and the federal edit is different for that actvity year, the federal edit will incorrectly use 2008 logic.
A hot fix is planned for this issue.

All federal edits that have different logic for previous years need to be modified to include conditional logic by activity year.
