Problem Note 32083: SUBSTRN function reference in query produces errors

Referencing the SUBSTRN function in an SQL query to SPD Server may produce the following errors:

   SPDS_ERROR: Function SUBSTRN could not be located.
   SPDS_ERROR: SQL passthru expression contained errors.
   ERROR: SPDS Sql Passthru Error.

Support for the SUBSTRN function is available beginning with SPD Server 4.4 TSM4.
