Problem Note 32071: System Monitor displays a blue screen with no information after clicking the Refresh button
If you go into the System Monitor to perform some action such as resetting a worksheet, then click the Refresh button, a blue screen will display with with no information.
The following are two sequences that result in this behavior:
Sequence 1
- Go to Administration ► System Monitor.
- Select a worksheet from the drop-down list.
- Click the Refresh button.
The blue screen appears instead of the list of worksheets.
Sequence 2
- Go to Administration ► System Monitor
- Select a worksheet from the drop-down list.
- Click Reset.
You see either the blue screen instead of the list of worksheets OR the application is
not resetting the worksheet.
A circumvention is planned in an upcoming software release.
