Problem Note 32050: ERROR [VCubeFormula] formula [ACCOUNT].[XXX] failed initialization in cube "YYY": dimension type "ZZZ" not found

In SAS® Financial Management, the formula editor might validate a new formula, but the initialization in the model might fail due to a mis-match of the dimension name case.
For instance, assume you enter a new formula in the SAS Financial Management Studio formula editor that references the dimension "Time" and the formula is validated by the formula editor. However, when the model is being initialized, it might fail ith an entry in the SAS ODCS Server log similar to
ERROR [VCubeFormula] formula [ACCOUNT].[XXX] failedwhere "XXX" represents the account name, "YYY" represents the model (vcube) name and "ZZZ" represents the dimension entered; (in this instance, ZZZ would be "Time").

The reason for this error is often due to the case of the dimension name. In the formula editor, you entered "Time" for the dimension, while in your model, the dimension is likely "TIME". Although this difference in case is validated by the formula editor, it is not accepted when the model is initialized.
To circumvent this, when creating formulas please be certain to enter dimension and member names in the same case as what is stored in your SAS Financial Management model.
