Usage Note 32027: Migrating Xythos content from the file system document store to a backend database
To migrate Xythos content from a file system document store to a backend database, perform the following steps:
- Back up the file system content using the WFSDump utility.
- Change the external storage location from the file system to a backend database.
- Login to the XythosAdmin application.
- Select SERVER ADMINISTRATION ► Storage.
- Set the Set Storage Location value to Database.
- Reimport the content using the WFSRestore utility.
