In SAS^® OpRisk Monitor, you might see one of the following error messages when attempting to add, edit, or view recoveries:

error message: This item has been deleted and cannot be displayed

You do not have the privileges required to perform the requested action.

This is caused by a fix included in SAS OpRisk Monitor hot fix 2. For more information, see SAS note 31712.

You can resolve this problem by editing the user's role, and selecting the appropriate permission for insurance policies. The error is caused by recoveries directly related to insurance policies.
