The upper and lower confidence bounds in the OUTPUT OUT= data set are incorrect if the model contains only R-side random effects and has fixed effects in addition to the intercept. If the model is an intercept-only model with R-side random effects or if the model contains G-side random effects, then the confidence bounds are correct. The results affected are the LCL and UCL variables in the OUTPUT OUT= data set.
There is no circumvention for this problem.
