Problem Note 31902: SASĀ® Strategic Performance Management stops responding at 20 concurrent users
SAS Strategic Performance Management stops responding when there are 20 or more concurrent users and the scorecard hierarchy contains a substantial number of nodes.

When the scorecard hierarchy is substantial (can contain 900 nodes or more), and there are 20 concurrent users or more, SAS Strategic Performance Management might stop responding when you open a project.
